DreamyHair Return Policy

At DreamyHair, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and satisfying return experience. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to offer you a fast and efficient solution.


General Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days following return approval.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service by email at hellodreamyhair@gmail.com with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and documents.

  3. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

  4. Send the package to the following address:

  5. Once the package is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the refund or replacement of the product.


Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges will only be processed once the original product has been returned and inspected.
