Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days following return approval.
Return Process

Contact our customer service by email at hellodreamyhair@gmail.com with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and documents.

Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

Once the package is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the refund or replacement of the product.
Product Exchange
